I waited until the last minute to attempt to make a birthday card for a friend/co-worker. Ugh, why do I do that?? So, I quickly checked the OCC challenge hoping for inspiration, and of course they didn't let me down! Thanks ladies! My card is a little rough around the edges but I am tired and in a hurry so it will have to do. Hope everyone is having a blessed day. On a side note if you have not already read it you should hop over to Laurie Lee's blog and read her fantastic tribute to her Mother, have a box of Kleenex handy! It will

I know all too well what you mean about waiting till the last minute to get a card made (don't even ask how many I'm late on at the moment). You did a great job on this -- I love the colors and dp you used, and the sketch looks like a fun one. I'm sure your friend loved her card.
I don't think I feel like crying right before my hubby gets home from work this evening and it's about time to make dinner, so I just may skip the tribute. Maybe. You've got my curiosity going now. ;)
