Hello, today I have 2 cards to share with you using

Taylored Expressions

Tea-riffic stamp and die set.

This little set was a present to myself! Sometimes you just gotta do that.

The inside of both cards says

"hope your birthday stacks up to be wonderful"

There are two challenges this week to use die cuts so I thought this was the perfect

time to break this set in!

I may have to add something after seeing this picture though, I am totally not happy with this. Grrrrr...don't you hate that when you finish a card, then after posting your picture decide you don't like it

I keep a three ring binder on my craft table with all of the sketchs that I 

see on challenge blogs that I want to try someday, or that I have tried and really like.

So I am usually using someone's sketch, but hardly ever get them done in time to submit them.

Am I the only one who does that?

Ok I am tired and probably boring you to death, so I am off to see if my

roast is done, that I miraculously remembered to put in the crock pot last night. Yay me!

to trim around your stamp! We have added SENTIMENTS to some of our stamps this year!

I know I personally would have never made it through the last couple of years without

my girls!  Who I call my "in life bestest sistah" friend Yvonne,

"on line" best girl friend ever, Heather.

I don't always tell them but they are both

blessings that I cherish!

Spring is in the air at

FRESHLY BREWED CHALLENGES!

Heather has challenged us to make spring cards this week.

And since my printer decided to die a couple of weeks ago, I was panicking

looking for a spring image that I had already printed. Well I found this adorable little chick peeking

out of an egg, colored it up, matted it, then.....

as I tried to add "a touch" of glitter, my glue pen 

EXPLODED

all over my image!

ACKKKKKK!!!!!!

This just added to the stressed state I have been in since starting a new job a

couple of weeks ago. A new job in a completely new field that I am totally UN-experienced in.

So I have to LEARN everything. (I have no idea why they hired me, LOL)

Then peeking out of the corner of my folder that I keep printed digi's in I see the words

BE STILL

I took a deep breath, took a minute to thank God for blessing me with a new job

and 

for the opportunity to have this creative outlet on this wonderful design team.
